1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://jovitravel.com/ and the services provided by BrightNest Cleaning UK (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made online or by phone. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You must provide accurate contact details, property information, and access instructions.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in GBP and include labour, products, and standard equipment unless stated otherwise. We may require a deposit for certain services (e.g., end of tenancy). Payment is due upon completion unless pre-paid. Late payments may incur reasonable admin fees.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Residential: Free up to 24 hours before the appointment; within 24 hours, a £25 fee may apply.
  • End of tenancy and deep cleans: Free up to 48 hours before; within 48 hours, up to 50% of the service price may apply.

5. Access and preparation

You are responsible for providing safe access, parking where needed, and informing us of hazards. For health and safety, we may refuse service where conditions are unsafe.

6. Quality guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours with photos and details. We will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no extra charge.

7. Damage and liability

We carry public liability insurance. Report any alleged damage within 24 hours of service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Customer responsibilities

Do not request cleaners to undertake unsafe tasks or those outside the agreed scope. Please store valuables securely. We cannot move heavy furniture without prior arrangement.

9. Health and safety

We use products compliant with UK regulations. Safety Data Sheets are available on request. Our teams may decline tasks that breach H&S guidance.

10. Personal data

Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws.

11. Intellectual property

All content on our website is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or adapt it without permission.

12. Third-party services

We may use third-party providers (e.g., payment processors). Their terms may apply to parts of the service.

13. Changes to services or terms

We may update services and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
